We automate the creation of the Delaware entity, setting up the Board and legal paperwork, and help maintain the ownership table (cap table) of the company in an understandable and safe way.
We set up a blockchain-like company information tool using CQRS, created a legal document templating engine and an integrated eSigning solution, all in an intuitive UI that guides founders to build their company.
