We are helping PMG and their implementation partner to implement the first set of recommendations how to simplify and speed up its news article filtering application.
Some of the business logic implementation is being changed, carefully trying to limit the impact this has on the end user experience (except performance benefits of course). We are upgrading to a newer version of Elasticsearch, moving to smaller indexes, and removing code and features in the index setup that were not used.
To help address communication issues and have more transparent project management, we are also assisting in leading recurring agile meetings with all parties involved.
